Club Member - Payroll Deduction

Open to people employed within the WA energy sector including electricity, gas and solar companies that produce energy and have set up regular payroll deductions with Energy West Social Club. Alinta Energy, Atco, DBNGP, Horizon Power, Synergy and Western Power currently have agreements with EWSC to deduct membership payments.

Club Member - Annual Subscription

Open to current employee or former employee (where Club Membership has previously been held) of entities engaged in the commercial production, sale, and regulation of energy, distributed within Australia via either 1) the Western Power or Horizon Power networks, or 2) Western Australia’s gas supply networks”.

Annual Subscription Membership is also open to the parents, spouse, siblings, children, and grandchildren of current financial EWSC Member.  These members make payment via an annual subscription fee.

Retired Member

To be eligible for Retired Membership, you must have previously been an Energy West Social Club Member for a minimum of 10 consecutive years and be fully retired from the workforce.

Retired Members pay an annual subscription to Energy West Social Club equivalent to 50% of the Annual Member subscription and are eligible for full Energy West Social Club benefits, including Retired Members Groups meetings, outings and functions.

Retired Affiliate Member

To be eligible for Affiliate Membership, you must have previously worked in a part of the State Energy Sector where you would have been eligible for Membership of Energy West Social Club.

Affiliate Members pay a small annual subscription to the Retired Members Group and are eligible to attend Retired Members meetings and events, however, are NOT eligible for any other Energy West Social Club benefits.

Honorary Retired Members

The Honorary Membership Group is a closed group constituting of any person who was, as per the Energy West Social Club’s Member Register, a registered Honorary Member as existing at the time of ratification and implementation of the EWSC 2019 Constitution. Honorary members have full member benefits of Energy West Social Club, including voting rights. Honorary members shall not be required to pay Membership Fees.
